Single session at your home: $125
Discounts: Enjoy 10% off a package of 10 sessions, 15% off a package of 15 sessions, or 20% off a package of 20 sessions. Do you prefer to work out at the gym? You can train with Anthony at Trainer’s club at the regular rate without needing to be a member.

Initial session: $200. Includes nutritional analysis, recipe ideas to match your goals and needs, and 1:1 1-hour consult. You will be provided a complete guide to help you get started based on the consult and can then choose to continue on your own or get 1:1 weekly coaching.
Weekly nutrition coaching: A great way to reach your goals faster for only $250/week. Includes daily texts, reminders, recipes, and more.
